Most of us focus on protein…but fiber matters too. I learned we’re supposed to get about 25g of fiber a day, and I realized I wasn’t even close. This has been one of the simplest ways I’ve been more intentional. Special K with fruit and a little honey. Easy, familiar, and something I can build around the rest of my day.
