Angie’s been requesting ratatouille from me for, literally, years. I finally caved and made it. I’m not a fan any of the ingredients except the tomato and garlic. It’s smells fantastic, though! And of course I had to use one of my favorite pans - my Le Crueset braiser. It’s the perfect pan for such a French inspired meal. 🥘 🇫🇷
