The best tea for moms… for all seasons! 🌟 NORA tea/ infusion blend 🌟 full of beneficial vitamins and minerals and is highly recommended for pregnancy but can also combat painful periods, PMS, endometriosis, and PCOS. It’s also great to drink postpartum to help restore your body.
⠀⠀
Nora tea loves to be an infusion! Steeping herbs overnight (infusion) as opposed to a few minutes (tea). The extended time allows the water to extract more nutrients from the herbs than a short steeping, as a result this {infusion} is fuller and stronger in flavor, and more nutrient-dense than a tea might by light steeping.
⠀⠀⠀

Gave up daily coffee in 2024 for matcha. The energy I get feels cleaner, last longer, and I don’t hit the afternoon crash on the couch like coffee had me doing.

It is so simple to make matcha at home for a fraction of the price and with better ingredients than the coffee shop
Nora blend tea is a powerful, nutrient-rich infusion designed to support women’s health. This blend is especially helpful for balancing hormones, supporting a healthy menstrual cycle, and restoring vitality. Here’s a closer look at the benefits of each herb:

🌿 Nettle Leaf: mineral-rich of iron, magnesium, and calcium
essential for reducing fatigue, supporting energy levels, and replenishing the body during and after your menstrual cycle. It also helps with inflammation and promotes detoxification.

🍵 Oatstraw: A calming, restorative herb rich in silica and magnesium, oatstraw helps soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, and stabilize mood swings associated with hormonal shifts. It also supports strong bones, healthy hair, and glowing skin.

🌹 Red Raspberry Leaf: Often called the “woman’s herb,” red raspberry leaf strengthens the uterus, supports hormone balance, and helps regulate menstrual cycles. It can ease PMS symptoms and prepare the body for a smoother monthly rhythm.

🌼 Alfalfa: Packed with essential vitamins like A, C, and K, as well as minerals like calcium and magnesium, alfalfa supports overall wellness and can help regulate hormones, contributing to a more balanced cycle.
