Good morning, friends 🤍

Quick little life + health update…

My shoulder is still hurting (ugh), but I started wearing a posture brace and it’s actually helping more than I expected. Not a quick fix, but I’ll take progress.

Also… I’ve officially lost 5 of the 10 pounds I gained 🙌
And can we just be honest for a second?
Why is it SO much harder to lose it than it is to gain it… especially in midlife?

It’s taken me a full month of consistency, patience, and not giving up on myself on the days I wanted to. So if you’re in that same place right now—you’re not alone, and you’re not doing anything wrong.

And I promise you… we’re not shrinking ourselves over here.
We’re learning how to dress the body we have right now with confidence.
