HRT update.... For those that have been following me know that I have been using HRT for I don't know a year and a half but I felt really good up until about. I don't know six months ago. They switched me over to the estrogen patch ever since then I've had some issues. Three months ago, my prescriber was supposed to titrate me down and instead they made a mistake and they doubled my dose for for three months. It threw me into a roller coaster of inflammation, panic, frozen shoulder, massive weight, puffiness, and has been horrible. I finally discovered that it was causing estrogen Dominus dominance by my blood test. Therefore, she decided to take me off the patch completely.
