That thought used to break me a little.

Because somewhere along the way, so many of us started believing our bodies were the problem…
that midlife meant becoming invisible…
that getting dressed was supposed to feel harder now.

But here’s the truth:

It was never your body.
It was the clothes fighting against it.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to squeeze, hide, and force trends that no longer supported me…
