I also used this religiously (alongside SPF) & this is absolutely brilliant! Contains vitamin E, almond oil, carrot root extract & sunflower seed oil. Smells INSANE & really helps to accelerate your tan! You just have to absolutely use it alongside SPF. This has no sun protection in I cannot stress this enough!
