Physedgirls on LTK

POV: you’re a PE teacher and you FINALLY find shorts that pass the PE teacher test 🙌🏼🏃‍♀️

✔️ Long enough to actually teach in
✔️ Comfy enough to wear all day
✔️ Easy to move, squat, run + demo in
✔️ And still CUTE 👏🏼

Because finding athletic shorts that don’t make you question every demonstration you’re about to do… shouldn’t be this hard. 😂

I tried on a bunch of my favorites so you can see the fit + length on!

This @dickssportinggoods tee is BY FAR my fav “everyday” tee to teach Phys Ed. The sleeve length is perfect, the fabric doesn’t wrinkle, and the price can’t be beat!

As PE teachers, we’re ALWAYS on the hunt for a good pair of shorts. 👏🏼

You know the requirements… 😂
Long enough to feel appropriate ✔️
Stretchy enough to move ✔️
Comfortable ALL day ✔️
And cute enough that we still feel put together ✔️

I’ve tried A LOT over the years, so I rounded up a few of my tried-and-true favorites that have officially passed the PE teacher test! 🏃🏼‍♀️🙌🏼

These are the pairs I actually reach for when I know I’ll be demonstrating, squatting, running, sitting on the gym floor… basically doing everything BUT sitting still.

Follow @physedgirls for more PE teacher outfits, finds, activities + resources! 🫶🏼

Because if I’m wearing shorts to teach PE, they need to pass the demo test 😂🙌

These @aerie shorts are officially PE teacher approved because:

✨ The built-in shorts underneath are SO comfortable
✨ They stay put = safe for every squat, stretch & demo 🙌
✨ The waistband is ridiculously stretchy + comfy
✨ They’re LONGER than most athletic shorts (a major teacher win 👏)
✨ Cute enough to wear outside the gym too!

Basically… athletic shorts that actually understand the assignment. 😂

@aerie @OFFLINEbyAerie — please keep making teacher-friendly activewear because we are LISTENING. 👏

I found PE teacher pants… that you’ll actually want to wear all weekend too. 🤍🏃‍♀️

These OFFLINE by Aerie pants have officially earned a permanent spot in my closet. They’re lightweight, unbelievably comfy, and polished enough for school while still feeling like you’re wearing your favorite lounge pants.

As a PE teacher, I need clothes I can move in all day, but I also love that I can throw these on with sneakers, a cardigan, or even a cute tank for errands, travel, or grabbing coffee after work. 🙌

If you’re looking for versatile teacher outfits that work in the gym and in everyday life, these are definitely worth checking out.

OFFLINE by @aerie —you nailed these. 💙

What shoes would you style them with? 👟

@oldnavy has officially become my go-to for teacher work days. 🙌

As a PE teacher, I still want to be comfortable… but on PD days and teacher work days, it’s fun to dress things up just a little. 🤍

These are all outfits I’d actually wear for meetings, conferences, or professional development—comfortable enough to sit in all day but still put together.

Okayyyy this might be my new favorite addition to my PE office 🤩🏀✨

I found this neon “GO TEAM!” sign at @target and HAD to snag it for my space. You all are always asking about my office decor, organization, and PE teacher finds… so I figured I’d start sharing more of it 👏🏼

Comment “NEON” and I’ll send you the link! 💌

And tell me… do you want more PE office ideas, decor finds, and teacher setup inspo?! 👀

The amount of compliments and questions and I get when I wear this set are unreal. Who knew a sweatsuit could be such a convo starter?

If you’re in the mood for a splurge or have some extra spending money after Christmas, this is a great option! Halo by vuori clothing is my favorite outfit! I wear it weekly and I know you will to! I call it my “fancy” sweatsuit when I am teaching PE.
