You'll get:

Chipotle beef:
1-3 chipotles in adobo
1/4C olive oil
1/4c soy sauce
1/4c tomato paste
1 tbsp ACV
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
*blend
pour over 2-4lb chuck roast
cook low 6-8 hours- shred

Rice:
1 cup dried rice
2 cups bone broth
*bring to boil, reduce to low, cover and cook till liquid is aborsbed and rice is tender

salsa:
1 cup diced pineapple
1 jalapeno, diced
1 red onion, diced
1tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey
*mix together

1.Serve shredded beef over rice.
2. top with pineapple salsa, cilantro, & diced avocado

Cheesy beef & shells:
8oz medium shell pasta
1lb ground beef
15oz beef broth
8oz heavy cream
1.5C shredded cheddar
24oz marinara sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 white onion diced
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

1. brown beef, onion, garlic, & seasonings.
2. add in sauce, broth, & pasta - bring to boil
3. cover w/ lid, reduce heat to low for 25 min (stir often)
4. when pasta is tender, add heavy cream and cheese.
5. turn off heat, cover & let sit for 10 minutes before serving

Cheater Birria Tacos are a repeating budget recipe in our house.

Cheater Birrria:
2-3lbs chuck roast, trim fat off
4oz Del Furte tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 beef bouillon cube
3 bay leaves
2 tbsp ancho chili powder
2 tsp each garlic powder & onion powder
1 tsp each, black pepper, oregano, cumin
1/2tsp each; ground cloves & cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger

1.CP low 6-8 hours (IP 18-24 min) then shred
2. Assemble on tortillas with melted chihuahua cheese, cilantro, and diced onions.

1.Mix together
2.Press into an 9x13 & refrigerate
3.Cut into 18 bars- store in airtight container in fridge

Protein Banana Muffin
3 very ripe bananas
2/3 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seed ground
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup flour of choice
2 tsp baking powder

1. mix wet ingredients together, mashing bananas
2. mix in dry ingredients
3. fold in chocolate chips
4. fill 12 muffins slots
5. bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a fork pulls clean
