Dropping the recipe here for all my strawberry lovers! 1 Box white or strawberry cake mix, plus ingredients listed on the back 1 Box strawberry jello, 3-Ounce 1 Cup boiling water 1 can of sweetened condensed milk Topping: 8 Ounces cream cheese, at room temperature 1 ½ Cups heavy cream, very cold ¾ Cup powdered sugar 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract strawberries, fresh, sliced Directions: Bake cake according to box instructions. When cake comes out of the oven poke holes using the end of a wooden spoon or chopstick. Boil one cup of water and dissolve jello. Let sit for a few minutes to cool before pouring it over cake. Pour one can of sweetened condensed milk over the top as well and spread evenly. Allow cake to cool, cover, and place in refrigerator. When cake is cold make topping. Using hand mixer, blend cream cheese until soft. Add powdered sugar and continue blending. Add cold heavy whipping cream and vanilla. Beat until soft peeks form.
