Strength training has been a key part of working on my frozen shoulder(s). I’ve been using this 15 lb @bala bar as a key part of my routine. It’s the perfect weight for adding some weight without overdoing it and causing more inflammation. Over and underhand rows, bicep curls, and overhead presses are some of my favorite exercises to add in my routine. What other exercises would you add? @bala LTKFitness
