Last week, I took a 530am A$$ & Abs Pilates class with my girlfriends 🧘🏻‍♀️ I want to say I’ll never do a 530am class again but that’s just not true 😂 I have 2 days a week where I’ll be doing HIIT strength training/BodyPump.
