Benefits of Matcha Mask-- and a budget-friendly DIY

I purchased this specific mask from a holistic store at a market, but if you purchase just regular matcha powder, you can make this on your own using that powder with honey and greek yogurt.

For the one I'm using here, I used the powder with filtered water because my powder included a couple other ingredients.
