Homemade Pizza Pockets! This is an easy weeknight dinner that my kids (and hubby) love. *I’ve linked all kitchen items used What you need: One tube of pizza crust pizza or pasta sauce cooked ground sausage (or topping of your choice) shredded mozzarella cheese olive oil dried oregano extra pizza sauce for dipping (optional) How you make it: Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Cut the pizza crust into 6 squares using a pizza cutter. I just bought this new one and I LOVE it. Spoon some pizza or pasta sauce onto the center of each square. Top with some cooked ground sausage (or pepperoni, veggies, no meat, you choose!) Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the toppings. Fold over each square and using a fork, press the edges closed. Place the pizza pockets onto a greased or nonstick baking sheet. Using a brush, brush olive oil over the top of each pocket and then sprinkle dried oregano over top. Bake at 425 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, until golden brown on top. Serve with some dipping sauce on the side! #LTKunder50
