I opened this package from @venturepal_usa in what felt like an emergency situation before I even got to really think about how I wanted to share it. It has been in my drinks daily every day since though, and that makes me realize it’s not something I want to be keeping to myself lol…sometimes it’s really hard to drink super thick shakes and the way this dissolves in even just water is so smooth. My biggest rule in what I dress myself in is basically guided by the question, is it conducive to your wellness? It’s a subjective answer from person to person and it changes for me over time. Personally, helping slow fashion down by thrifting is a choice I prefer; but also it feels like it tells a story and it helps me buy higher quality clothing brands for less and get more wear from what I spend on. Listen, I am a sale shopper through and through but convenience food stopped being convenient when I was reacting to things constantly, and that’s about the point when I started saying no to a lot of packaged snacks. Currently living without anything but a microwave and fridge isn’t terrible when it’s 97 degrees out, but my toddler is constantly hungry. I got these to try and was amazed at these teriyaki chicken sticks in particular from #mightyspark because my family raves about their products but I don’t eat a ton of meat. We ended up opening a second one immediately and gobbled them up 😂

Having a 3rd girl after 8 years came with a lot of new lessons. Got her used to shoes before she could crawl. Gave her ergonomic spoons before she had solids. Instilled a stronger sense of hygiene. The biggest lesson from that though was that no matter how advanced/behind/on track your baby is…the products you use matter more than we realize. She may want to brush after every meal, but we still spray for bacteria she misses. She wants to do deodorant like her momma, but she has her own baby balm from Attitude that is non toxic. You can have all the right habits but totally toxic products and it makes a difference now more than ever.
