Inhale caffeine, exhale negativity
The thought of Monday used to always bring negative thoughts to mind, but now I’ve changed my perspective and like that its a fresh start. When Sunday night rolls around I like to get my week planned out. A weekly game plan and to do list really helps with my anxiety, but obviously things never go perfectly as planned. Most nights i look at my list and realize i didn’t accomplish much, but I’m learning that I have to plan for some interruptions and I’m trying to not allow interruptions to take me off course.
What are some things that help you have a productive week and stay on track?
