🤓🌼Definitely hesitant about posting this "running and reading" carousel because guess what? This week was mostly about WALKS. Yep, you heard that right! We've come to realize that our brains perform better when we aren't forcing ourselves to run. Don't get us wrong, we are still following our maintenance @runna plan and are loving it! We just aren't stressing out about skipping a run and focusing more on movement (through walks) and strength training. That's the beauty of marathon training. During off seasons you have the choice to listen to your body and mind (even more ) If you are in your off season of marathon training and can relate, follow along to grow together ✨💕
