We went to breakfast this morning and Matt walked Tenney around while we were waiting on our food. Tenney found a toy in the store that she wanted. Matt told her she had to eat her breakfast and ask mom but could probably get it after breakfast.
She ate her breakfast and then immediately walked me straight to the toy she wanted.
We are now the proud owners of a bluey mini piano 😂🫶🏻😂 I found it on @amazon so you can own one too!

Matt was craving chicken flautas from a particular place that catered lunch when he was on jury duty. I’ve never been there, it’s pricey, and I’ve read that the catering is better than the actual restaurant- so I asked chatGPT to find me a copy cat recipe for their chicken flautas. ChatGPT said:
Cook and shred 4-6 chicken breasts
Once cooled, mix in 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 c Monterey Jack cheese, and a spoonful or two sour cream.
Place a line of the mixture 1/4 way in on the tortilla, and roll, pressing down slightly to push the filling toward the ends.
Secure with a toothpick.
Brush with melted butter.
Fry, starting with toothpick side down to secure the closure, for 2-4 minutes in oil 350°, flip and repeat.
I thought they were delicious, but we will have to ask Matt if chatGPT nailed it, since he’s the only one that had eaten at this place before 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

I asked ChatGPT to help me create a restaurant like chimichanga with the fluffy, flakey crust. Here were the tips I got:
Cook the meat ahead of time- drain all liquid and let it get to room temperature.
Warm the tortilla for 10 seconds before placing filling inside.
Place topping on one side. Roll tight, leaving no openings in tortilla.
Use toothpicks to keep bottom flap closed.
Brush with butter before placing in deep fryer, bottom seam down.
Flip every 1.5-2 minutes until desired coloring is achieved.

I think I nailed it! I know air frying is healthier but I’ve never been able to achieve the light flaky shell with it Linking our counter top deep fryer for you as that makes all the difference
