Slow cooker honey garlic chicken! ๐ฏ๐ง๐ Ingredients: 1 ยฝ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or chicken breasts โ cup low-sodium soy sauce โ cup honey 2 tablespoons tomato paste 2 teaspoons sriracha 4 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 2 tablespoons cornstarch Instructions: 1. Add chicken and all ingredients to crockpot besides the cornstarch. 2. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours. 3. Remove chicken to shred. Whisk cornstarch into the liquid and cover and cook on high for 15 minutes to thicken sauce. 4. Add shredded chicken back into crockpot after sauce is thickened and enjoy!
