Have to admit, this is one of my bigger “splurges,” but it has definitely gotten its moneys worth!

My new period time must-have!

My best friend told me about the Flex Disk and that she loved having it on her period because there was less clean up (like none) and less cramping!

I had tried the cup before and have been using organic tampons since the cup gave me major discomfort. I was hesitant to try this but AM SO GLAD I DID!!

I got the reusable one because I am aiming for #lesswaste

I also had no leaking (even though it recommends having a thin liner just in case) and I don’t even notice it’s there!!
