Store important school papers and art projects in large totes. Get a lidded container big enough to store school work and bigger art projects. Lay papers in the tote and continue to add to the layers through the years. It might not be the most organized approach, but it's easy and still creates a place for each child's memories (just make sure important items have dates on them).
