When I start feeling the “ick” this is one of the things I reach for! Not only is it delicious, but the lemon, honey and tea all help support the immune system. I started using Manuka honey and it’s been a game changer! It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that help with healing. The Starbucks recipe uses steamed lemonade, but I just use lemon juice.
