Their suede sneakers are scary close to Prada – not all shoes are included in the sale, so I was very happy to see them there. I love my COS blue scarf, and the high neck tank is in my cart, along with the rope belt. It's a good time to get a button up from them - they're dressier than other options at the price range (and they're well made beyond the price). Skip the Relaxed Linen-Blend Wide-Leg Pants; they're a mess. Pants are cut close and not curvy, so I recommend sizing up. Most pants have adjustable internal bands so you can cinch the waist and look polished. The knits are superb, and most button ups are outstanding – just stay away from the Longline Linen Shirt and this fabric: 50% linen, 47% rayon, 3% spandex.

The summer uniform I look forward to wearing: a linen jackets as a top plus bitter brown wide-leg elevated track pants. The red Mango jacket is like a shrunken peacoat for summer. It's got structure, but it's not rigid. Great collar, too. The olive green funnel neck jacket is the cool move for summer. The funnel neck stays up, but it doesn't cut into your chin or neck. it's roomy enough for hot days, but it's got defined lines to look intentional and polished. In short, the cuts, the fabric, the finish all move like pieces that cost a lot more – and they come in just enough colors to build a whole season around one idea. My COS pants sold out, but the Varley ones give the same long, clean line. I love the earthiness of the linen contrasted with the fluidity of athleisure pants.
