Take a deep breath. Be present just for a moment. I don’t know about you, but some weeks are busier than others and I barely get a chance to pause, just breathe, and hear my own thoughts. The hour ( or two) I stay up after the Little Guy’s bedtime just isn’t enough. I’m usually trying to finish up cleaning or some tasks I need to do before the days ends. Or I just need to doom scroll to decompress. I want to focus more on managing my time so I can be present when I need to be and relax more. I know it will help all areas of my life. All these planners and life is still chaos �
