Full existential crisis getting these on, and all to say I’m keeping them and have come out the other side but during the buckle process I was ready to sign up for weight loss surgery at the thought I may break a sweat simply trying to get a beaded sandal on. JUST THE TRUTH. Then I remembered being 100+lbs thinner trying to buckle handmade leather sandals in Greece and struggled then too, walked to the kitchen ate some cottage cheese and moved on. This too shall pass goes for negative body thoughts, and everything else in life. You’re welcome for the free foot content. Xx 👣

I keep thinking about society and how weight focused we all are and how pathetic it is. Even I fall into the trap, the moments where things suck and I immediately retreat to “well if I got healthy and lost some weight it would be different”. Skinny doesn’t solve all our problems, it may help, just like money but it’s not the only answer. I vow yo always live this way at any size - celebrate my body and get dressed regardless of if I’m the 12 or 24. Period.
