I needed to replace my nonstick pans so I got this new carbon non-stick pan to try. I wanted something “clean” that actually works and stays nonstick. The truth is that almost all products that are “free of the bad stuff” usually won’t stay nonstick over time. Hoping this one got my stamp of approval, it’s been a few weeks and looks good so far.
