Gives a light, bright glow. Follow up with Elemis marine collagen and SPF 30 moisturizer that is so hydrating yet also so light. Then the finishing touch is Colleen Rothschild illuminating tinted eye cream that you pat in and it truuuuly brightens the under eye.
