Okay, I have officially found the mascara. The new Dibs double-ended mascara has a brown primer on one end + a black mascara on the other. It’s buildable, lengthening, and honestly one of the best formulas I’ve ever reviewed (and I’ve tried a LOT). This is going straight into my everyday makeup routine.
