This is a normal routine after daycare drop off and the gym for me! A lot of work, zoom calls, walking pad, and vibration plate. Everything is linked below with additional options!

WFH reality: we move way less than we think.
This vibration plate has become one of my most-used desk purchases. I turn it on while answering emails and it helps with circulation + that heavy/stiff feeling after long meetings.
Not a replacement for workouts.
Just a smarter habit.
If you’re building out your WFH setup, this is one of those “wish I bought it sooner” items.

My work from home go to is comfy cozy. I have on my go to leggings, a soft top(shein no longer sells it😭), simple gold necklaces, slicked back hair, and an iced coffee of course.

I’m pretending it’s fall in Houston TX with the perfect fall sweatshirt. I used to watch hocus pocus every fall so the Sanderson sisters are close to my heart. ❤️

My current mom walk uniform ☀️

The weighted vest makes a regular stroller walk feel like an actual workout, and this jogging stroller has been one of my most-used mom purchases.

The color. The wrap hoodie. The wide leg pants. The soft terry fabric. Aerie really knew what they were doing with this one. Comfortable enough for work from home days, but cute enough that I’d actually wear it out of the house too 😂
