Set is TTS. It honestly feels so expensive I can’t believe it’s Amazon. Necklace is also Amazon. Tagged the shoes I’m wearing too even though you can’t really see them. I went up half a size for comfort.

I got so many compliments this first time I tried this. I’m a firm believer in dressing for your body shape and I think small tricks like this can just enhance your natural shape with clothes you already have in your closet.

Sometimes it’s just a tshirt and jeans type of day. These under $40 fit and feel exactly like my $110 pair. These under reviews are mixed but I don’t know why. I got my true size. I feel like they are probably best for straight body types- not super curvy. Wearing a small in the cotton tee. Also grabbed in white. I now have two colors in this necklace. Under $20.

Shirt is folded up and then tucked into the back to make it cropped and structured. Could be worn full sized and open as a bathing suit cover up. It’s def oversized. I’m in a small.

Jeans are the Levi’s cinch waist. So flattering. I’m in true size. Note for my tall girlies, I am 5’9 and they sit about 1/2” short on me with flats.

I had the best time on my girls trip to Fort Worth, Texas. We got to play dress up and I love a good theme. We all agreed to go full western and I was not sad about it.

Honestly though, you can take any outfit and add a few accessories to make it country western: bolo tie necklaces, a cowboy hat, cowgirl boots, a silk scarf or bandanna tied around your neck or bag always elevates a look. And western belts are popular right now too. Along with fringe!

What I thought versus reality at almost 40.

My protocol:
-pretend I have a natural California tan by self tanning in my bathroom
-at home press-on nails and paint my own toes )I also always use a foot lotion/exfoliator before bed)
-pack smarter not harder
- I panic purchase and then unbox like it’s Christmas Day like 2 days prior. It’s not efficient but it works for me
-lay clothes flat in bag so you can fit more!

Today’s mix and matched pool set. Wearing a medium in the pants. I would say to size up if things usually run tight in the waist. The hat is available in two other colors but currently sold out in the one I have on. This bag and bathing suit have been staples since last year. The bathing suit top stretched a bit so you can probably size down.
