I’m 5’9” tall and they went to the floor (32 inch inseam for regular) so def tall girl friendly BUT they also have a “short” option available online.

Ingredients that “can” help (and I say that because nothing will really FILL in the hollow space without surgical intervention): caffeine on the puffy area, peptides for and firming and hyaluronic acid to plump and smooth. Also any eye brighener which will help the light reflect better.
