Update: this is one of my most asked questions. I still do it 2-3 times per week. It works! Have you tried Gua Sha? The technique has been around forever, but I just gave it a go around 2-3 months ago and instantly noticed a change and loved it. As with most things, I think consistency is key. I aim for 4 times per week. It has become a morning ritual. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the technique, it is known to improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, promote lymphatic drainage and release muscle tension. Usually this results in firmer, less puffy and more sculpted skin!
