All steps done before 5:30! Thank the lord for sunshine & the first warm enough day in weeks for an outdoor walk. During my fat loss I aim for 12k steps per day with 2 extra cardio sessions per week (not included in my daily steps). Movement is the driver of fat loss. Move more/burn more without lowering cals.
