My favorite activewear set on sale today!
I try and move my body 30 minutes to an hour a day. For me this loooks like a 30 minute interval training with cardio/weights at home after I drop off the kids at school. On Fridays, I go to yoga. Saturday mornings my husband and I take a walk with our dog. Sundays- I rest. This routine really works for me. I assume at some point I’ll do more at the gym but I like just getting the workout done most days at home. I tagged my yoga mat that I just love! 💗
