The best little surprise this evening ✨

As an interior designer, I find @alicelanehome finds for my clients quite often. So it was a welcomed surprise to receive a gift from them myself.

This is definitely my theme song for today 😅

Our backyard has been a project that’s been on the back burner. A ton of work has been done but to be honest it was mainly clean up from the previous owners. We have cleaned up flower beds and placed the girls’ playset in the yard. However, the deck is a little awkward and small but I found some really budget friendly finds to at least sit outside and enjoy dinner from time to time.

I am all about simple and affordable changes that can pack a punch in your design. These clip on shades are the easiest to add on to your chandeliers and come in a set of six for $40. I loved the idea of the linen shade with a white trim to warm up my living room. Now I’m thinking I should do a pleated and patterned shade on my sconces over the fireplace, right?

As a girl mom - this was a necessity. I had to wait a little bit for this size and color combo but well worth it!!

My everyday bag is the perfect size and neutral combo so I thought why not mix it up and make this more fun with “momager” on it. I also went bigger too as sometimes it’s just easier to combine my daughters items with my own.
