1. Spray paint flat black
2. Add Rub N Buff with this particular type of brush. I used European Gold Rub N Buff and a tiny bit goes a long ways.

Ive tried so many different methods of painting rub n buff (regular paint brush, foam brush, finger, paper towel etc) and this brush is BY FAR the best method yet.
