Let’s meal plan…

I have a binder where I keep all of my recipes so I can reference for some meal ideas. Currently, this one is filled with @makayla_thomas_fit Balanced Bites ebook that I printed out.

I have another binder with other recipes, but I haven’t found the time to consolidate everything. Once I do, I will share the set up.

I write out the meals, using a different color for each and then write out my shopping list with the corresponding color of the meal. This helps me when I am prepping to know what ingredients I’ll need for each.
