Turning my favorite childhood cereal into an indulgent cookie🌈

Recipe at the end of the video. 🍀

Ingredients:
*  1 cup of unsalted butter, room temperature
*  1 cup of packed brown sugar
*  1/4 cup of granulated sugar
*  2 large eggs
*  1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
*  3¼ cup of all-purpose flour
*  1 teaspoon of cornstarch
*  1 teaspoon of baking soda
*  1 teaspoon of salt
*  1 cup of Lucky Charms cereal, marshmallows too
*  2 cups of white chocolate chips
*  1/2 cup reserved Lucky Charms marshmallows
Instructions:
1.  Preheat the oven to 410°F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or grease them with cooking spray.�Set aside.
2.  In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter for about 3 minutes.
3.  Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, and mix until well incorporated, light, and fluffy-about 3 minutes.
4.  Beat the vanilla extract and eggs into the butter mixture until well incorporated.
5.  Add in the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt, and mix until well incorporated.
6.  Lastly, add the white chocolate chips and Lucky Charms cereal and mix on low until well incorporated.
7.  Using a cookie scoop or large tablespoon, form the dough into balls of about the size of a tennis ball. Roll each ball in your hand to form a sphere shape.
8.  Place each completed cookie dough ball on the baking sheet, about four inches between each. About six per tray.
9.  Bake for 10-11 minutes or until just golden brown.
10.  Remove from the oven and immediately press into the warm cookies the reserved marshmallows.
11.  Cool fully on the cookie tray. The cookies will be slightly underdone but will finish baking while cooling off.
12.  Enjoy!

Sometimes you just need an over indulgent fudge brownie to satisfy your sweet tooth!

There is no actual recipe other than adding walnuts and chocolate chips to the batter before baking. Letting the brownies cool before topping with melted chocolate, store bought caramel sauce and more crushed walnuts. Let everything set in the fridge for 10 minutes before enjoying with a glass of milk.

Ingredients:
*  2 cups (4 sticks) of unsalted butter
*  1 (15oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
*  1 teaspoon of salt 
*  1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
*  1½ cups of sifted unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
1.  In a stand mixer, mix the softened butter on medium speed for 10 minutes, scraping the bowl occasionally.
2.  Empty the can of sweetened condensed milk into the mixer and mix until well incorporated.
3.  Add in the vanilla extract and salt, and mix on medium speed until well incorporated.
4.  Finally, add the cocoa powder to the buttercream, cover the bowl/stand mixer with a hand towel or plastic wrap, and mix on medium speed until the cocoa powder has been fully incorporated.
5.  Use to decorate your cakes and store extra in an airtight ziplock bag for up to 6 weeks in the fridge.

*  2 teaspoons of baking powder
*  ⅓ cups of unsalted butter melted
*  1 cup of packed brown sugar
*  1 cup of granulated sugar
*  2 large eggs + 2 egg yolks at room temp
*  2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
*  2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
1.  Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2.  In a large bowl, add the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until well incorporated using an electric handheld mixer.
3.  Add the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract to the bowl until well incorporated.
4.  Using a mesh sieve, sift in the flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Mix well together until combined.
5.  Using a silicone spatula, fold in the chocolate chips by hand until evenly incorporated.
6.  Using a large cooking scoop, scoop the dough balls onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.�Roll each dough ball into a uniform sphere before spacing them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
7.  Bake for 9-12 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet.
8.  Serve & Enjoy!

3.  Finally, add in the vanilla extract and salt, and give the buttercream one last good mix.
4.  Optional: add a few drops of food coloring of your choice to dye the frosting.
5.  Use to decorate your cakes and store extra in an airtight ziplock bag for up to 4 weeks in the fridge.

Instructions:
1.  Preheat the oven to 350°F (180 °C). Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or grease with cooking spray. Set aside.
2.  In a large bowl, beat together the butter and granulated sugar until well incorporated, light and fluffy-about 3 minutes.
3.  Beat the almond, vanilla extract, and egg into the butter mixture until well incorporated.
4.  Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until well incorporated.
5.  Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for
10 minutes.
6.  Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, form the dough into balls of about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons, roll each ball in your hand to form a sphere shape, then roll each dough ball in the sprinkles until it is fully coated in said sprinkles.
7.  Place each completed cookie dough ball on the baking sheet, about two inches between each.
Continue this process until all cookie dough has been used.
8.  Bake for 10-12 minutes or until just golden brown
9.  Remove from the oven and cool fully on the cookie tray.
10. Enjoy!
