Take a look behind the scenes at the Luxe in Leander closet transformation. We added clear, acrylic hangers, custom, cricket dividers, and a curated lineup of designer handbags in high fashion pieces. 👜

This space blurs the line between Home and high and Boutique! Every detail was designed to spotlight luxury, elegance, and timeless style. 👠

From detergent to décor, this laundry room now does it all. 🧼 Labeled bins + drawers make it easy to wash, dry, and party supply. 🥳

Every inch counts - especially in tucked-away spots like this under-the-stairs nook. What used to be wasted square footage now works double duty, holding overflow barware, holiday décor, travel gear, and everyday essentials.

After creating our client’s dream pantry, we carried that same luxe, organized aesthetic into the heart of the home - the kitchen ✨ Sleek, functional, and totally envy-worthy.

Inspired by Khloé Kardashian’s iconic pantry, our client came with a big vision and we brought it to life, Texas style. From inspiration to installation, the result is pure luxe.

How’d we do?

This was a full KonMari Tidying project—kitchen, pantry, bar, kids’ closets, storage, and more. Every drawer, shelf, and zone was designed with intention + lots of Cricut labels!

The highlight? A Kardashian inspired pantry that’s officially one of my favorites (more coming on that later).

From the primary closet to the kitchen, we created systems that are functional, bougie af, and built to last for this family.

Do you ever walk into your closet and feel overwhelmed? Start by focusing less on perfection, and more on systems that actually work. Here’s are some of my tips! ✨

💫Get rid of the extra- Make a sell and donate pile for anything you no longer love, need, or wear. If it doesn’t serve you, it doesn’t need to stay.

💫Build a system that works for YOU- Create categories, color code and then, label everything to keep the system running long after the refresh is done.

💫Matching hangers - it’s a small investment that calms the mind and makes your closet visually feel less chaotic.

💫Use your keepsakes as decor - we took the piles of books on the ground and color coded them on the top shelf. This creates not only something aesthetically pleasing, but it brought a smile to our clients face being able to see all of his law books displayed for him to appreciate!

This “his only” closet needed to be functional, masculine, and super easy to maintain. The secret? Labels! Lots and lots of labels. 🏷

We spent many hours creating a detailed bilingual labeling system. We added both English + Spanish labels so everything has a home, and their housekeeper can put things back without a second guess.

We used a brother label maker for select interior labels and took it up a notch with the Cricut labels in custom chrome to match the sleek black cabinetry, hardware, and even the artwork on the exteriors. Because yes, even your labels can be elevated. ✨

Every label was placed carefully with purpose. And the end result? A functional space that looks amazing and works for everyone. Stay tuned for more details on this project!

2024 was a monumental year for Shaí Organized.

2024 In Numbers:
✨1,000+ hours removing the chaos and creating calm for our clients
✨25 homes organized
✨19 new clients (17 referrals - thank you all!)
✨10 “tidying festivals” completed (entire home organized)
✨4 concierge moving projects (full home declutter, pack + unpack + organize)
✨6 custom designed spaces

Things I’m Proud Of:

✨Expanding our design + moving concierge services
✨Helping nearly half of our clients organize their ENTIRE HOME

Main Lesson Learned:
✨Take the same advice I give my clients and team, know when to ask for help! We cannot do and be everything all at once.

I took time this past week to reflect on the year and I am eternally grateful for the support of my community and incredible team. Hoping to share more 2024 projects than just these 20 favorite photos soon, because our work is just too good to keep to ourselves!
