After completing Skylar’s closet makeover, we unfortunately lost space for her toy chest something I did not want to rid of so i painted it. I wanted to modernize this dark brown toy chest into something my daughter could continue to use as she matured, and that’s why I went with @beyondpaintdiy . It’s the best project paint—primer, bonder, and sealer all in one, which means no sanding, just pre cleaned the toy chest with an all purpose cleaner, and got started right away. They have an array of beautiful colors to choose from, and the coverage? Unmatched! I used a roller brush, it glided on like butter, and I only needed 3 coats, waiting just a couple of hours in between. Beyond Paint is the best—and now this chest is a metallic rose gold dream!

Florals are the most simplistic way to transition your home between the seasons so I decided to start by bringing back the florals I used last fall. Truth be told I like them a lot and florals can be pricey.

I ordered these viral @Walmart pumpkins and I’m glad I did. They are made of paper mache so although they look heavy they are really light weight & the perfect PB dupe.

If you’re decorating for Halloween these pumpkins are a no brainer and yes they are selling out online because I couldn’t order the small brown-ish orange one.
