This is the best supplement drink mix that has made my skin flawless and has improved my overall health and energy levels. All products are tagged here but you can switch around your electrolytes base!

Step 1: Hydration: I usually go for a lemon/lime or lemonade flavored electrolyte drink like liquid IV (sugar free) or Water Boy. You can also use nello if it’s around bedtime.

This is my tea tray for my coffee table (because I don’t really drink coffee lol). It’s mostly Japanese inspired with a cherry blossom, ceramic tea set that my friend gifted me for my wedding. The Japanese tea canisters were purchased in Japan. The taller canister was purchased in Uji Kyoto almost 10 years ago and the smaller canister was purchased recently in Kagoshima Japan. The little Ireland teapot shaped dish I purchased obviously in a gift shop in Dublin and it’s meant to hold your teabag after you’re finished steeping your tea in it. Of course, I love rattan so I have so many different rattan baskets, but I highly recommend using them as trays as well.
