I have been living in this look while I have been in South Africa - its SO unbelievably comfortable so perfect for days of relaxation AND sightseeing, or a combination! ☀️ So this crop and shorts are both available from Sweaty Betty, I got the 9” shorts and a size XL. The top is new in and part of their new Gaia Yoga range and has light support 🧘🏽‍♀️ I’ve chucked this Oversized Abercrombie linen Shirt over for a bit of protection from the sun and it totally brings the look together 😎 Of course, comfort is needed for my toes, and these are my trusty New Balance which never let me down. Pool party throwback from my trip to South Africa! Can’t wait to get back to Cape Town soon - keep your eyes peeled as I have some exciting updates!

I felt so comfy, yet glam ✨ by the pool in this outfit - let me break it down for you…

My sunnies are Gucci - they have a little discount on atm, but for a more affordable option I have also tagged a similar pair from Le Spec for those who love the cat eye look! 😎

These shorts are so comfy, textured fabric and a light loose fit. They come in both the standard and Curve ranges from ASOS - I’ve tagged both for you. This gorgeous Zebra print Swimsuit I’m wearing under the shorts is from Hunkermoller and runs up to a Size 18 🦓

This beach kimono made this pool outfit that little extra glam, it gives such a great twist to an outfit, also meaning you can easily skip from pool to lunch and feel put together - this one is from South Beach on ASOS 🌊

I LOVED this outfit - first up this gorgeous floral top is from Abercrombie which I purchased in a size 18 and I love the colours and how this particular floral can be so well matched with the vegan leather skirt and boots I have on 🖤

The skirt I purchased in size 22 and from Mango - I loved it so much it was totally worth a small alteration to get it to fit my body shape perfectly! I beleive sometimes if you love something it's worth going for even if you do need to make slight alterations for your body type 🍐 🍎 ⏳

My boots are Vegan Leather from ASOS and so comfy, and last but absolutely not least are these AMAZING tights which honestly feel indestructible! So impressed with these and they genuinely feel like they will never ladder - they're from Sheertex and you won't regret it... 👌🏾👌🏾

Absolutely obsessed with this top – it's been on repeat ever since I got it!

I have linked some similar plus-size tops, curated with love at different price points to this post AAND also I tested out some Sheertex tights for the first time here and the humours are true..🥹

So far I haven’t managed to snag them at all- I highly recommend picking up a pair, they were a bit pricey but if they don’t get holes in them (like advertised) then the price almost feels like a saving- normally by the end of winter I’ve been through 20 pairs of tights!

The jumper is 'pregan' - you know, pre-vegan, but I've found a great non-wool option and linked it below.

It's always a bit of a challenge to find chic, plus-size pieces, so snagging these in sizes 18 & 20 feels like a major win. And the Whistles skirt? It's been a go-to ever since I got it.

I didn’t make any proper content out of them but I just wanted to link them here because they were such a great find for a vegan boot as it’s so tricky to find a good pair that are good quality. They’re very comfortable and quite wide fitting so it’s great if you have slightly wider feet like me. I highly recommend them!

It’s so important for my hair to look great during shoots. After years as a pro model my top tip would be to use Moroccan Oil Intense Curl Cream. I’ve been using this throughout my career as it’s great for both nourishing and styling.

This weekend I took on the Swim Serpentine challenge for my London Classics medal.

I’ve always really struggled to find a wetsuit that fits my size and height, so I was amazed by the new range by HUUB that has just been launched.

I was lucky enough to be sent a wetsuit the night before my swim 😅. I wasn’t sure how it was going to perform, but I managed to get through the 3.2 km feeling great.

This is the best plus-size wetsuit I’ve ever tried through all my experience of swim events and, trust me, I’ve tried all the leading brands.

I think my suit was equivalent to size 22, but it’s really generous on the hip. Also the way they created the wetsuit by adjusting the buoyancy panels is much more suitable for women’s bodies! Not just for plus-size women, but all women who love to take part in sport.

What I really love about HUUB is that even though some of their wetsuits are a higher price. They also have some at a better price point such as ex-demo suits. So it’s well worth taking a look to see what’s available.

I had a chance to try the famous Lululemon Groove pants which are amazing! 😍

I really loved their fit but bare in mind their sizing is generous.

I also love the TALA leggings which I have in a few variations! They are a better price point and are made with slightly thicker fabric. However the plus point of shopping with Lululemon is you get free lifetime repairs and in-store hemming.

I love both brands and they each have great styles which I highly recommend! I’ve linked all the products below 😊

Truly obsessed with this new top and I’m so glad Ganni & similar brands have started catering for curvy bodies!

Hot tip about Ganni, they have really epic sales so keep an eye on their website I’ve found things like this 70% off weeks or even DAYS after seeing it full price.🥹

However if you are buying full price I think it’s good value considering:

✅The fabric quality
✅Timeless style
✅Versatility - can be worn in lots of ways
✅holds value - sell it on eBay or vinted if you get bored and still get a good price for it as it’s Ganni!

I’ll probably never sell this as I love it 😅Just some thoughts, anyway I picked this up in a 44.

✨Threw this on today for a quick comfy outfit for lunch to finish of my weekend of birthday celebrations & it was so comfortable I had to post this! 😎

I’m a big fan of the Abercrombie curve range as they do really classic styles which are versatile with good fabrics.

I try to choose items I can get a lot of use out of whenever I shop for clothes anyway & I think Abercrombie is great for that as they have lots of styling staples.

It took me a while to figure out my Abercrombie size, so I’m adding the sizes below for reference.

My measurements are in my bio 🆙☝🏽hopefully that helps give you an idea if your new to Abercrombie. I would say the sizes run a bit bigger, so might be worth sizing down.

I love Spanx! They stock some really lovely pieces up to size 28 and make some pretty timeless, stylish staples which seem built to last!

I’m always on the hunt for a lovely blazer (ideally one that gives some room over the hips!) so I can definitely recommend this one as I did actually try it on and it looked great 🥹

✨Sustainable Style Tips for Curvy Fashion✨

👉🏽Limited Options, Responsible Choices👈🏽

🌿 In my 10 years of international plus size modelling I’ve learned that eco-friendly options can be challenging to find, with the majority of +size clothing only being available at fast fashion brands or brands which don’t always make the most responsible choices for the planet.

❗️Thrift shops don’t tend to stock much in the way of +size and size aside many of us aren’t in the market to pay £50 for a sustainable cotton T-shirt made by the light of the crescent moon, gently blessed by tiny fairies 🧚🏾🌚🫠

It’s a great idea in theory to boycott these brands all together until they do better… but where does that leave those of us who need to shop these brands in order to have something to wear?

So instead I’ve gone with still shopping at these brands but using some rules whenever I purchase:

👗 Quality over Quantity: Nearly 60% of garments are discarded within a year of production. Choose durable fabrics to reduce waste.

🌍 Mindful Purchasing: The average person now buys 60% more clothing but keeps them for half as long as 15 years ago. Buy less. Wear more.

♻️ Embrace Outfit Repetition: Extending the lifespan of clothing by just nine months could decrease carbon, water and waste footprints by around 20-30% each.

🧑🏽‍🔧 Repair ✅: Use fabric dye to brighten clothes again I use @dylon_uk & sometimes all you need is a little stitch to make an item good as new. If you’re rubbish at sewing take it to the local dry cleaner or seamstress. It’s fairly cheap and so easy to do!

🕒 Timeless Fashion: Fast fashion trends come and go, but timeless fashion lasts. Invest in classic, versatile pieces.

The outfit I’m wearing above is a summer dress which is enjoying its second summer so far from @asos design (they do some great pieces for curves)

If you CAN shop sustainable fashion then do, but the truth is it’s simply not available to us all. So until then…

After countless shoots in my model career so far, I consistently get told the SAME things by makeup artists about taking care of your skin which I’ve been putting in to practice since my early 20’s - (I’m 32 this year) 😄

Like anything in life consistency is 🔑 so I do this 2x a day (minus SPF at bed time) it takes 5 minutes but makes such a big difference!

Sometimes I worry if I stop then life will pass me by and I’ll miss out on huge opportunities and amazing experiences, but often the “amazing” experiences aren’t all they’re cracked up to be, instead putting your feet up with a cup of tea is sometimes exactly what you need (have you ever heard anything more British?)💷

Did you know that most athletic shoes are made for men and then shrunk down to fit women?! 🤯

Skincare tips for travel ⬇️

I travel a lot for work. I often get straight off the plane/train and head to my shoot which I’m supposed to look a bit decent for even though I normally feel 💩😅 so here are my easy tips for travel skincare 😎

Travelling dehydrates your skin because of the air on trains and planes, It’s also exhausting which can really show up on your face, so the trick is to stay hydrated inside and out!
