Someone asked how I blow dry my 4C hair, so here’s what works for me 🤎

I use the tension method with my Revlon blow dryer, but the biggest thing for me is making sure my hair is completely detangled BEFORE I start blow drying. I prep my hair with Design Essentials leave-in conditioner + thermal protectant, then work section by section while keeping tension on my hair as I dry it.

This helps me stretch my 4C hair while keeping my blow-dry routine simple and manageable. ✨

Trying the Design Essentials daily lotion for my braid out while rewatching Empire 😭✨ and honestly… my hair came out SO soft 🥹🤍

I love when wash day starts feeling less like a chore and more like self care lol. Definitely adding this into my routine ✨

HAPPY 34th BIRTHDAY TO ME!!! 💕✨

I’m so excited to be stepping into this new chapter and what better way than in a new city… DALLAS!!! 🤍

From the DMV to the DFW!! It’s actually so crazy because I lived here pre-COVID… and now I’m BACK 😂 but this time, it feels completely different. I’m not the same woman, I’m a MOM now.

And this chapter? It’s about living boldly, fearlessly, and fully trusting myself.

One thing about me… if God tells me to move, I MOVE. No hesitation.

I’m so proud of myself for not limiting my life just because I’m a single mom. If anything, that’s my reason to go harder, dream bigger, and build the life I truly want.

I really inspire me… and that matters. 🤍

Here’s to continuing to build my dream life on my terms. 💕✨
