Our bodies do A LOT for us…so why are we so hard on them sometimes!? I mean creating little humans….it’s pretty mind blowing and magical ✨🤍 Yet for me the postpartum changes were so tough to accept. I had two summer babes and remember feeling insecure about going to the beach with my first. With my second…it got easier. Wear the suit, take the babes to the beach, get in the water with them…we can’t get these summers back with the little ones. And no one is judging us except ourselves. #LTKunder50
