Self-care is more than just appearance✨ Is the entire process that allows you to focus on yourself intensely. It’s about being, loving and taking care of yourself. Embrace yourself! Embrace those little wrinkles on your face. Be yourself, cry when you feel you need to and if you are able to pause during the day specially if you are busy working during the day or if you have children, after your husband/partner gets home from work, take time for yourself, take time to observe yourself and think what is better for you and think about what makes you happy and what you need to do for your wellbeing even if it’s just 10 minutes during the day. Even though I do a lot of makeup and beauty related content on my social media I am not always all put together or wear makeup! Most of the time I’m wearing comfy clothes, washed face and with my water bottle next to me! Ive gotta stay hydrated! I feel the older I get the more I want to take care and focus on myself, my family (husband and daughters) and nodody else. That’s all that matters to me and that brings me peace and happiness🤍 • El cuidado personal es más que solo apariencia✨ Es todo el proceso que te permite concentrarte intensamente en ti mismo. Se trata de ser, amarse y cuidarse a uno mismo. ¡Acéptate a ti mismo! Acepta esas pequeñas arrugas en tu rostro. Se tu misma, llora cuando sientas que lo necesitas y si puede hacer una pausa durante el día, especialmente si estás ocupado/a trabajando durante el día o si tienes hijos. Después de que tu esposo/pareja esté en casa tómate un tiempo para ti, tómate un tiempo para observarte y pensar qué es lo mejor para ti, piensa en lo que te hace feliz y en lo que necesitas hacer para tu bienestar aunque sean solo 10 minutos al día. A pesar de que hago videos relacionados con el maquillaje y la belleza, ¡No suelo estar arreglada todo el tiempo y menos maquillada! ¡La mayor parte del tiempo estoy usando ropa cómoda, con la cara lavada y con mi botella de agua a mi lado! Siento que mientras más adulta me hago, más quiero cuidar, priorizar y concentrarme en mí, en mi familia (esposo e hijas) y en nadie más.
