These are my FAVORITE trousers for work - the Siena Wide Leg pant from Banana Republic. I have all 3 colors because I wear them at least once a week. These are also great to style outside of the office in the summer time with a casual t-shirt and sandals. I am almost 6 feet tall, so the long/tall inseam is great for me.
