A few months ago, I had an idea that went beyond just leaving snacks and water out for the delivery drivers who are at our house all the time because of this business.

I felt nudged to do something more—to quietly introduce them to Jesus. 🤍

So I hopped on Amazon and found the sweetest, simplest things:
✨ pocket Bibles
✨ a small booklet called The Invitation
✨ and a few thoughtful items to make it feel welcoming

I put together a little basket on our front porch and just keep it refilled. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. I assumed people might skip over the Bibles… but they don’t. They take them all the time. And they take The Invitation just as often.

My hope—maybe someday, a long time from now—is that I’ll be in heaven and someone will say, “God had you put that on your porch just for me. I picked it up, read it, and met Jesus.”

I truly can’t imagine a better reward—or a more joyful heaven—than knowing God used something so small in such a big way.

FRIDAY

I used broccoli, edamame and green onion.

Honey-Garlic Pork Tenderloin Bowls (Healthy-ish + Big Flavor)

Ingredients
• 1 pork tenderloin (1–1.25 lb), sliced into medallions
• Salt, pepper, garlic powder
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
• Steamed rice or cauliflower rice
• Veggies: broccoli, snap peas, carrots, or zucchini

Directions
1. Season pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
2. Sear in a hot skillet 2–3 minutes per side; remove.
3. In the same pan: add garlic → soy sauce → honey → vinegar.
4. Add pork back in and simmer until glazed (3–4 minutes).
5. Serve over rice with roasted or steamed veggies.

So good and tastes like take-out but way lighter.

It is SUCH a gorgeous color. Fit is TTS. I’m 5’6” and they are the perfect length for a low heel.

I had a little fun with the Tom Ford lineup at Nordstrom today and found a scent I put on in store. They always say with Tom Ford you have to spray it, let it sit, and give it time because it can be strong at first. I followed directions, wore it for a few hours, and now? It’s absolutely heavenly. I may or may not be going back for it.

Next up — this viral pair of Mother Denim. You know the ones they say if you try them on, you’ll buy them. Accurate. Gouda-Stuffed Chicken Breasts (Quick + Impressive)

Ingredients
• Chicken breasts
• Smoked or regular Gouda slices
• Spinach or basil (optional but great)
• Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
• Olive oil

How to
1. Slice a pocket in each chicken breast.
2. Stuff with a slice (or two 😏) of Gouda + a handful of spinach/basil.
3. Season outside with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
4. Sear in a hot pan with a little olive oil 2–3 min/side for color.
5. Bake at 375°F for ~18–22 min or until 165°F internal temp.

→ Serve with roasted veggies or a side salad.
