The first “The Friday Five” of 2026 is here! And, it’s a good one, if I do say so myself. 😜 This 5 is “My Five Favorite Purchases from 2025”. BTW, how long into the new year is it ok to say Happy New Year? All of January? Is February too late? Ya know when someone “Happy New Years” you too late and it takes you a min. What is that cut off? Anyway, 5 favorite purchase. Here we go… 1. These big, puffy hearts make me so happy. 🖤 In 2025, I got the gold and the matte black. Two new colors are my first purchases of 2026, too. Getting ready for Valentine’s Day season, of course. 2. Possibly, my most worn item last year, my checkerboard crossbody. I’m shocked at how looks this compliments. All seasons, too. I love it! 🏁 3. My oversized, tiger cardigan. First, if it’s got a tiger, I’m probably buying it. This oversized sweater is cozy and cool and, definitely, a big time favorite purchase in 2025. I’ll be wearing the into old age, for sure. 🐅 4. Sweatpant jeans were the theme of 2025. I would’ve never believed I’d take this plunge, but I also never believed a brand could make them cool. But…here we are and they are cool. Do you own a pair yet? I’ve tried less expensive dupes, but have found none as good. These are worth it! Your cost per wear will be minimal. 👖 5. These leopard adidas get all the use. (Big cats are my weakness.) They are outfit-makers. You can have in the most simple jeans and a white tee, add these and you look out together and stylish.
