Tis the season to layer up. It’s been cold and windy here in north Georgia so I’m getting g to wear lots of clothes at one time. Luckily I have lots of options. These honey garlic pork tenderloin bowls were a hit.
Quick, flavorful, and one of those meals that feels way more indulgent than it actually is.

I added broccoli, edamame, and green onion to really green it up and it was 👌🏼 — sweet, savory, and perfect for a weeknight dinner when you want something healthy-ish but still crave-worthy.

This one is definitely going into regular rotation and I highly recommend it.
