Get Ready with Me…For Bed! I think it is really important to have a bedtime routine that you do every night that tells your body and your brain that it is time to wind down and go to sleep. It is also important to have a routine you can stick with! In real time, this takes me about 8 minutes which is perfect for me. When it gets longer, it increases the chance I will opt to skip it and that doesn’t help anyone! I use makeup eraser to remove my makeup, I wash my face with a gentle cleanser, then I use Reverse serum with is from a small business and absolutely AMAZING! And smells delightful! And the lavender immediately relaxes me. I then use some serums from Ogee, a great moisturizer (especially necessary for perimenopause when our skin gets parched like the desert!!), eye cream to combat those fine lines and wrinkles and then I always make sure to do an eyelash serum to keep those lashes long and full!
